Enable Automatic Renewal
By default, services on Onidel Cloud are not automatically renewed. Renewal invoices are generated 7 days before the service's due date, and customers are required to manually make the payment to renew the service.
If you would like to enable automatic payment of renewal invoices, follow the steps below to save a payment method to your account.
- Navigate to the Billing menu on the left-hand side.
- Click on the Payment Details tab.
- Here, you will see any saved payment methods associated with your account. If none are listed, click Add Payment Method and choose your preferred payment option.
Once a valid payment method is saved, your future service renewal invoices will be automatically paid when they are issued. The system will attempt to charge the saved payment method every hour until the payment is successfully processed.
