By default, **Onidel servers block outbound SSH connections** as a security precaution. This measure helps prevent compromised servers from being used to launch attacks against external systems.

As a result, you won't be able to initiate SSH connections to other servers or use SSH-based tools (such as Git) without adjusting this setting.

To disable this protection:

1. Go to the **VM Management** page.

2. Navigate to the **Network** tab.

3. Navigate to the **Security** tab.

4. Toggle off the **Block Outgoing SSH** option.

This will allow your server to make outbound SSH connections as needed.
